Limited is a professional software development company selling products to
highly specialised customers. To keep our prices down we offer a standard 90 day
no quibble warranty. But what about after the ninety days ? We will still be
here if you want us, but we request that you invest a modest fee in a
Maintenance and Support contract.
Software
will run forever, wont it ?
Yes, if left alone on the PC with the environment it
was first installed. Without doubt the vast majority of our helpdesk
support goes to customers who change operating systems,
Windows environments, MS Office modules, or get new computers or networks. There
is no obligation to provide support for such scenarios, since this is clearly an
IT Department issue. However, ADS-Limathon is happy to assist these customers,
and their IT departments, if they have maintenance and support
contracts.
We
already have our own IT Departments and Desktop Support
Yes, and a great job they do too. But when your
application malfunctions for no apparent reason, they still need somebody to
talk to, to give them pointers, and to test files with. Time is a precious
commodity for IT support teams. That's where we help, saving them valuable
time, by testing, confirming issues, and eliminating possibilities, and
quite simply giving them our best advise on possible solutions.
Are you
interested in improvements to your software ?
As time goes by users may need to cope with more
information, their database may expand to less optimal proportions, they may need
to transfer it to another machine or export it to a new server. Legislation
or requirements may change, demanding increased audit trail or an additional
