Issue Manager
Risks, Assumptions, Issues and
Dependencies (RAID database)
The RAID database is the generic model of several custom Risks and Issues databases built for major UK IT Programmes in the UK Electricity, Gas, Water,
Telecoms and Banking industries. Designed in 1997 to handle the largest of
multi-project IT Programmes, Issue Manager™ has been continually refined
through use on IT programmes using Prince2 methodology.
The software is designed for network use by Programme and Project Managers,
Planners and Co-ordinators and it can be deployed over multiple sites if
required. It comes as a ready to use process, with full colour documentation - a
70 page functional specification, 80-page user guide, quick glance cue cards,
and complete Prince2 methodology for managing Risks, Issues and Change Control.
